Terms of Service

Effective Date: The date you first access or sign up for our services.

Welcome to CFOForecasting Job Board ("Platform") an RVNA Technologies, LLC services (“RVNA Tech”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), forming a legally binding agreement between you and RVNA Tech. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

1. Account Registration

To fully access the Platform and its features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities that occur under your account.

2. Job Listings

As a User, you may have the ability to post job listings on the Platform. You agree that all job listings you post will be accurate, lawful, and comply with applicable laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for the content of your job listings and any consequences arising from posting inaccurate or misleading information. The Platform exclusively supports specific career categories and job roles as outlined on our marketing page. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to remove any job postings that fall outside the supported categories.

3. Job Applications

As a User applying for jobs through the Platform, you agree to provide accurate and truthful information in your application materials.  RVNA Tech is not responsible for the hiring decisions of employers using the Platform. We do not guarantee the accuracy or authenticity of job listings, and we encourage Users to exercise caution and conduct their own due diligence.

4. User Content

The Platform may allow you to post, submit, or upload content, including but not limited to resumes, cover letters, and job listings ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but by providing it to us, you grant RVNA Tech a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your User Content in connection with the Platform's operation and promotion.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Platform's functionality. You also agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

  • Use the Platform to post false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
  • Harass, intimidate, or threaten other Users or RVNA Tech personnel.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other Users' accounts.
  • Use automated means, including bots, spiders, or scrapers, to access the Platform or collect User information.
  • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.

6. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and disclose information about our Users.

7. Modifications to the Platform

RVNA Tech reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time without prior notice. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict your access to parts or all of the Platform without liability or notice.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold RVNA Tech, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives harmless from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Platform, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW,  RVNA TECH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflicts of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Commonwealth of Virginia.

11. Changes to the Terms

RVNA Tech may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the "Effective Date" at the top will reflect the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Platform after the revised Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

12. Right to Deny Service

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or deny access to our services, indefinitely or otherwise, to any individual or entity that violates these Terms of Service. Such actions may be taken at our sole discretion, without prior notice, and are not subject to appeal. This includes, but is not limited to, violations involving fraudulent activity, misuse of the platform, or actions that harm the integrity or security of the Job Board or its users.
